Please contact us via phone, email or by regular mail, with the reason for the return. we will either offer a exchange for the same item, or a different item that is available on the website at the time of the start of the return process. We may also offer a credit to your account for a future purchase, or a full refund, this is at our discretion.
Our return policy is pretty liberal, we will supply you with a return authorization number (RMA#). Mo returns will be accepted without a RMA #.
All cost for the return shipping and insurance is the customers responsibility, please use a reputable service, including a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost parcels or packages.
